Blake Murphy is an associate with Holtzman Vogel Josefiak Torchinsky PLLC specializing in campaign finance and election law, political committees, lobbying and ethics compliance, and tax-exempt organizations.
Prior to joining the firm, Blake served as a Florida Gubernatorial Fellow for Governors Rick Scott and Ron DeSantis. He also served as a law clerk in the Office of the White House Counsel under Don McGahn, and as a law clerk for the National Republican Senatorial Committee.
Before law school, Blake interned in the Washington D.C. offices of U.S. Senators Marco Rubio, George LeMieux, and Mel Martinez.
Blake earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. He also earned a B.A. in Political Science, cum laude, from the University of Florida and was inducted into the University of Florida Hall of Fame.
Blake is a member of the Florida Bar, the Federalist Society, and Florida Blue Key, and is a candidate for admission to the Virginia Bar.
