Kathleen Guith is a partner at Holtzman Vogel Josefiak Torchinsky PLLC. She is a leading expert in federal campaign finance law and has decades of experience in regulatory investigations, civil litigation, mediation, and settlement negotiations. Kathleen’s practice focuses on campaign finance and election law, lobbying regulation, and non-profit organizations.
Prior to joining Holtzman Vogel Josefiak Torchinsky PLLC, Kathleen spent over 16 years in the Enforcement Division at the Federal Election Commission (FEC) and served as the Associate General Counsel for Enforcement, overseeing all aspects of the Commission’s enforcement program, and serving as the Commissioners’ principal advisor on all enforcement matters. Prior to her time at the FEC, Kathleen was a trial attorney in the Federal Programs Branch of the Department of Justice’s Civil Division.
Kathleen received a J.D. from Cornell University Law School, a B.A. in Political Science from Boston College, and studied in the Graduate Department of Sociology at the University of Virginia.
